ReplyDeleteThose are all interesting links. Considering the influence the Pope has, perhaps there will be some significant momentum when it comes to tackling these issues. It almost makes me want to convert. Almost.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I hear ya. I mostly avoid religion, but I like a lot of the directions in which this new Pope is taking the Catholic faith. There's definitely some topic areas that he and I do not agree on still. For a person who works in waste (and knows how detrimental the food waste problem is) it was really refreshing to read his remarks about it. He was pretty unequivocal about it.
